When you use the site, we also keep the city you choose so we can show nearby listings, plus basic technical logs needed to keep the service running (for example, sign-in time).

If you register as a partner, we also collect business name, contact person, city, phone, listing details, and any photos you upload.

We use this information to:

• Personalise listings for you — especially by city and the services you look for — so the directory is more useful
• Let you sign back in and manage your profile
• Contact you about your account, partner application, or listing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your date of birth or phone number to send marketing unless you have asked us to.

Listing information that partners publish (name, address, phone, services, photos) is shown publicly on the directory. Your patient account details are not shown on listings.

We use trusted processors to host the site, store data, and handle sign-in (for example, our hosting and database providers). They only process data to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect users and the platform from harm or fraud.

We keep account and listing data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards if we need it for security, disputes, or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Sign in to your account or write to us using the email on your account. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This directory is meant for adults making healthcare decisions for themselves or their family. If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian.

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
