Bharat Sanjeevani is a directory. We help you find and contact healthcare providers. We do not provide medical care, emergency dispatch, diagnosis, or prescriptions.

If someone is in a life-threatening emergency, call 108 or 102 immediately. Do not rely on this website for emergency response.

Facility details (hours, prices, bed counts, lab tests, phone numbers, photos) are supplied by partners or compiled for the directory. We work to keep information useful, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free.

Always confirm with the provider before you travel, pay, or begin treatment.

You must provide accurate details when you sign up. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to spam, scrape, impersonate others, post false listings, or harm patients or partners.

If you list a facility, you confirm you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you submit is true. Listings may stay pending until we review them. We may refuse, hide, or remove a listing.

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. In short, we collect account details so we can personalise listings and operate the directory.

The site is provided as a discovery tool. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on listings, for partner conduct, or for any treatment outcome. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under Indian law.

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use the site, the updated terms apply.
